Glass & Bootstrap
I was introduced to Bootstrap for the first time in my Coding for Web Design course. Immediately when I heard that it was a very pre-styled framework and that a lot of Bootstrap sites tend to look similar, I decided that I would make a very unique Bootstrap website. Even though it was my first time coding using this framework, I really wanted to push the limits and make a design the stood out amongst others. I centered my site around custom glassware and made a design that would showcase the unique pieces as much as possible.
A Good Challenge
Going from Figma to code was a little difficult since I had stylized my design so heavily but I was determined to make it work. The final result was a fun and unique site with a lot of personality. Through this experience, I became much more comfortable with coding even complex designs.
